Order Information
- Ordering Online
To place an order at InteriorsFineArt.com, follow the steps below:
- Place artwork(s) in your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" text link on any item. If the "Add to Cart" link
is missing in the item you wish to purchase, this is because it is being added to another customer's shopping cart at that very
moment. The Shopping Cart
is your online purchasing tool, located in the upper right hand corner of all InteriorsFineArt.com pages. As you
explore the site, you can add as many items as you like to your Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" link
on any artwork. You can keep track of the items you have added to your cart, next to the shopping cart. The quantity is based upon the
number of art work contained within your cart. The subtotal is the total of all the art work contained within your cart, minus shipping
and tax when applicable.
- Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your Shopping Cart, and are ready to make your
purchase click "View Cart" at the top of the screen.
- Look over the items and review any special information that may appear. When you are ready to proceed with
your order, click "Continue Checkout".

already registered with InteriorsFineArt.com, you will need to Log In, for a quick checkout. If you are a new customer, you
can register with us to make the checkout process easier for you in future purchases, or you just can buy any item without registering.
- Complete the checkout process by providing billing and shipping information. If you are having your purchase
shipped to a different address, fill in the shipping information accordingly. If you are already registered with us, you can also save

Technical FAQ's
- Web Certificates
Q: I get a message that says "Expired Web Certificate". Is the page still secure?
A: If you are using an older version of Netscape Navigator or Netscape Communicator that predates version 4.06,
you may receive a dialog box that indicates an expired certificate authority. This may occur on any secure website after
December 31, 1999. You can still process secure transactions simply by choosing to continue through the dialog box that
appears. To resolve this issue, you will need to upgrade your browser to a newer version of Netscape. You can download
a free copy of Netscape Communicator 4.7 at www.netscape.com

- Secure Site Message
Q: When I get a message that says I am "leaving a secure site", is it still secure?
A: If your browser is set to prompt you when you transmit secure information, you will see a dialog box appear on
certain pages that alert you that you are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure. This warning simply
means that the page you were on prior to clicking the submit button was an encrypted page, and the new page you are entering
may not be. This does not mean that your information is being transmitted on an unsecured connection, but rather you are being
directed to a page that is not encrypted.

- Security Lock
Q: Why does the security lock not appear on my browser?
A: When you enter InteriorsFineArt.com through a link on another website, you may be entering through what is known as
a "frame". A frame is simply two or more web pages melded into one, which allows you to visit other websites without leaving
the original. If one of the web pages within the frame is not encrypted, you will not see the security indications you would
normally see. This does not mean that you are sacrificing your security by entering through a frame, but rather, your browser
will simply not reflect any security indications, such as a closed lock on the bottom of your screen. Your information is still
encrypted and secure, even though you may not see any indications of it.

- Monitor Adjustment
Q: Why does the colors on my monitor appear bluish, pinkish, bright or light?
A: Every time you look at an image on our site, we want you to feel confident in knowing that what you see on your monitor
is an accurate representation of our artwork. So please, take a moment to quickly check your monitor settings using these simple
directions:
The calibration image above contains gray levels from white (0%) to black (100%). You should be able to distinguish 21 distinctly
colored squares. At the extreme left and extreme right, the difference between the squares should be barely noticeable.
If you are not seeing all of the squares separately:
- Locate the brightness and contrast controls on your monitor (see the manufacturer's documentation if you need assistance).
- Adjust the contrast to its highest setting (greatest contrast).
- Then adjust the brightness until you can distinguish between all the squares. (Increase brightness to help distinguish the
darkest squares or decrease if you are having difficulty with the lightest squares.)
Finally, the middle of the calibration image should appear to be variations of gray. If you notice any random color tints, adjust
your monitor's color/tint settings until the color reads as a neutral gray.
The image above is a rudimentary color bar, with each square labeled in accordance to a web color. While this calibration is mostly
subjective, if one of the labeled colors does not appear accurate, you should adjust your monitor's color/tint settings.
- Locate your color/tint settings (see the manufacturer's documentation if you need assistance).
- Adjust the color/tint values until the color bar image matches your perception of how the colors should appear.
NOTE: If you notice a bluish or pinkish tint to any colors that does not belong, adjust your monitor temperature setting.
(Again, consult your manufacturer's documentation if you need assistance.)
